I PURCHASED A NEW CAR, CAN YOU COLLECT IT FOR ME?

Yes, we collect cars from auctions, dealerships and private sellers. Our prices are based on the distance from the collection to the delivery address. We have up to £50,000 Goods in Transit cover and offer live tracking of your vehicle from collection until we deliver.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We are based in Manchester but cover the entire UK, ensuring no distance is too great for us. Whether you need a vehicle collected from Scotland and delivered to Cornwall, we're here to make it happen. Trust us to handle your needs with reliability and care.

DO YOU USE QUALIFIED DRIVERS?

All of our drivers are IVR trained.  They have completed courses from the Institute of Vehicle Recovery (IVR). This training is the UK standard for roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operators, and is often a mandatory requirement for working on major road networks like National Highways Sector Schemes 17 and 17B (NHSS17/17B)

DO I NEED TO PAY YOU UPFRONT?

No, we do not take payment up-front for any collections or deliveries. If you have run out of fuel at the roadside, we may as for the payment of the fuel. All payments for vehicle collections and deliveries are paid on delivery.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR A QUOTE?

For an accurate quote we would need:

  1. What type of vehicle do you need transporting or recovering?

  2. Does the vehicle start?

  3. If the vehicle does not start, does it roll?

  4. Where you or the vehicle is located

  5. What is the destination or drop off point?

DO I NEED TO BE WITH THE VEHICLE AT THE COLLECTION POINT?

No you do not need to be with the vehicle, as long as we have an accurate collection address we will be able to collect the vehicle. We can take photos prior to recovery and once it is on the back of the transporter, which will be sent to you once we enable to live tracking. We also take photographs once it has been delivered.
